UP Products can be requested for Return Merchandise Authorization within warranty of return. All returns must require a Return Merchandise Authorization. If the products you bought have found any questions, kindly please contact with your supplier or sellers.

Refund Method for Returns with Original Receipt:

1. 1）Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product .
2. 2）Before return please write down the registry information if Possible.

Products that are not eligible for return if following situations:

1. 1）If damage goods deliberately by personal purposes.
2. 2）Buyers don’t contact sellers when products have received by 7days.(The arrival date is based on receipt of sign )
3. 3）Used products, or damaged products after using, can’t sell again.
4. 4）The products which users had amended.
5. 5）The products had been damaged or dirtied by using.
6. 6）The products had replaced once without quality problem.
